Overview
The Pallazza Exclusive is the Pallazza with clean lines and a curved top. It gives the ambience of a wood fire with the ease of gas or electricity, and can run automatically or be started remotely.
Why choose the Pallazza Exclusive
- Curved top. Clean lines with a curved top set it apart from the standard Pallazza.
- Heat at the press of a button. It lights itself and feeds pellets automatically, with a real flame behind the glass.
- Thermostat built in. It holds the room at the temperature you set.
- Phone control is optional. Add the wifi module to turn it on remotely, set timers and adjust the thermostat from an app.
- Fresh air from outside. An outside air intake can be connected, which the supplier recommends for well sealed homes.

FAQs
Does a pellet heater need power?
Yes. It plugs into mains power (230 V, 50 Hz). It uses about 50 to 60 W on average, and up to 400 W for a short time while it lights.
What fuel does it burn?
Wood pellets, 6 mm in diameter, made for pellet burners. Do not burn firewood, wood chips or anything else in it: other fuels void the warranty.
Does a pellet heater need a flue?
Yes. Euro Fireplaces recommends an insulated pellet heater flue. It can run vertically, or horizontally through an outside wall with a wall penetration kit.
Can I control it from my phone?
Yes, with the optional wifi module. The app lets you turn the heater on remotely, set timers, get notifications and change the thermostat.
Does it have a thermostat?
Yes. The built-in thermostat holds the room at the temperature you set, so it does not burn more pellets than it needs to.
What does it need around it?
On a flammable floor it needs a non-flammable base reaching 30 cm in front and 10 cm at the sides. The clearances to walls and furniture are on the nameplate of each heater. Connecting the outside air intake is recommended.
