Overview
Decoflame’s outdoor burner is a built-in bioethanol fire for a terrace, courtyard or outdoor kitchen, made in Denmark. It is 980 mm long, sets into a bench or low wall, and is lit by hand. There is no gas bottle, no power and no flue.
Why choose the outdoor burner

Before you buy
- For outdoor use. Place it out of the wind: a draught disturbs the flame.
- It must be built into a level, non-flammable surround such as fibre plaster board or brick. The manual with the cut-out and clearances is under Downloads.
- Decoflame describes this burner as mainly decorative.

Above: 600 mm. Front: 200 mm. Rear: 200 mm. Sides: 1000 mm. The surround must be level and non-flammable, such as fibre plaster board or brick.
FAQs
Does it need power or a gas bottle?
No. It is a manual burner, lit by hand with a long lighter, and it burns liquid bioethanol. There is no power point, gas bottle, gas line or flue.
What fuel does it use, and how long does a tank last?
It burns liquid bioethanol at 96.5 to 97.5% strength, with nothing added. Do not use gel fuel or scented fuel.
The tank holds 10 L and lasts 7 to 14 hours per fill, depending on the flame level and how windy it is.
What does my builder need to know?
The burner needs a cut-out of 935 × 160 mm, at least 115 mm deep, in a level, non-flammable surround such as fibre plaster board or brick.
Decoflame’s clearances are 600 mm above, 200 mm in front, 200 mm behind and 1000 mm at each side. Place it out of the wind.

What is included, and what is not?
Included: the steel outdoor burner, the shutter tool, a fuel pump for filling and the manual.
Not included: the bench or wall it is built into, glass shields (ask us when you order) and the fuel.
What is the warranty?
It comes with a 2 year warranty. You can extend this to up to 7 years by buying an extended warranty. Ask us for details when you order.
